Clinic Manager - Fargo, ND

Join our growing team at Physicians Vein Clinics & Lazaderm! We’re seeking a dynamic Clinic Manager to lead our Fargo location. This is a full-time, in-person role ideal for a proactive leader passionate about healthcare excellence and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care.
  • Manage clinic staff, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic improvements and initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce administrative policies and procedures to support operational excellence.
  • Conduct inventory management and monitor par levels to ensure cost-effective purchasing and supply availability.
  • Maintain optimal staffing levels across all clinical services to support patient care and operational needs.
  • Communicate effectively using various mediums to ensure alignment and transparency across teams.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to staff, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and successful outcomes.
  • Be willing and able to perform clinical duties as needed to support patient care and team operations.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and assist with clinical procedures, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Support the team by assisting in any and all tasks required to ensure smooth clinic operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of healthcare management experience (preferably in a clinical setting).
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Medical background or certification is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop staff.
  • High-level analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • Entrepreneurial and self motivated to build business.
  • Patient centered care philosophy.
  • EMR and POS experience.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • Pay: Salary $60,000 - $65,000
  • Location: On-site in Fargo, ND
