I followed my Doctor, Dr. O'Hara here from her old office in North Scottsdale. Super happy with the new office including Office Manager Michelle. Dr. O'Hara is funny, friendly, and takes the time to listen to what you want and need. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. O'Hara.

This was my first time doing anything like this and I was a nervous wreck!!! I have pretty high anxiety anyway so as you can imagine my stress/anxiety levels were through the roof. Dr. B was nothing short of amazing!!!! I did my part the best I could letting her know I was nervous. I kinda shut down a bit when the anxiety hits, but she was super attentive to my needs. She talked me through every step and acknowledged what I was feeling and allowed me the room to not only feel it but get through the anxiety the best way body and mind knew how. I was allowed to be a nervous wreck and that was also a first. She took great care of me and as a result I walked out of her office feeling way more confident, in my looks and in myself, than when I had walked in. Ive lived my entire life without an upper lip, well up until today that is. She does incredible work and I cannot thank her enough!

I have had Botox many times but this was my first experience at Lazaderm in Chandler. From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable. Dr.B is the best! She really knows what she is doing. I came to her after struggling with other dermatologists who would only put me on an antibiotic. and a cream and send me on my way. Dr. B walked me through options I had, provided me with a great skin care product line, and overall cared about the appearance of my skin. I would 10/10 recommend Dr.B and Lazaderm to anyone who has been struggling with acne and other skin issues !!

I have nothing but good things to say! I had a bigger, dark freckle on my face that I wanted removed. However, I wanted only that ONE freckle removed. I had a free consultation where Dr. Elisabeth said we could zap just that one spot with a Q Switch laser. At my next appointment, I was in the building for less than 10 minutes! They were right on time, took me back to the room, zapped it off, explained the after care, and I left! The laser was a quick little zap that felt like a rubber band snap. It was slightly uncomfortable, but it was over in seconds. No real pain during and no pain or discomfort afterward! Over the next week, the spot darkened then eventually sloughed off! It cost me $150 total and now I love my selfies again. I had a follow up appointment where they looked at the spot and sent me on my way :) While the freckle didn't go away completely, Dr. Elisabeth did explain that that could happen, or that it could come back as soon as a year. Either way though, I'm happy with it!!! :)

I just moved to Arizona and was very nervous to find a new MedSpa I could trust. I am so happy that I found Lazaderm! I had a clear and brilliant laser treatment to my face and I was so happy with the results! I absolutely love and trust Natalie! She loves what she does and in my opinion is a perfectionist! I came in for some hyperpigmentation issues and was recommended for a laser treatment. All I can say is, IT WORKED AMAZINGLY!! My face and neck are significantly lighter, the texture feels flawless, and Im certain Ill be going back soon. This office and absolutely every person in the office are the most professional and caring staff you will ever find. From my first consultation where I was comfortable asking questions, discussing pricing and the help to decide on a treatment that was best for me till today my last check up was the BEST!!!!! I had laser face resurfacing done by Dr. Hansen. My results are better than I even expected. Dr. Hansen is honest about what to expect and watches your follow up closely. Anyone thinking about resurfacing make an appointment at this office and see if it is right for you. I had no pain I would call it more uncomfortable with the skin going through its healing process but everyday its gets better! I am now 4 weeks out and I LOVE my results! I get up everyday and use moisturizer and mascara thats it! It took 10-15 years off my face! I am a 65 year old that works out and is very active. When I look in the mirror now I look how I feel! Once again best experience ever!

I've been coming here for years...before it was Lazaderm. The office is lovely, they moved this year...clean, bright, calming, & in a beautiful in location. Yesterday I went for microneedling and while that can tend to be uncomfortable it wasn't at all. Natalie is so lovely & she does an amazing job making you feel like you're at a spa with a friend, her work is exceptional. I thoroughly loved it & can't wait to go back! Korrina Does my Dysport injections, and is so wonderful. She takes the time to find out what I want, and explains in detail how I can achieve it. She takes her time, and makes me feel comfortable. I recently received fillers in my temples. I was terrified to do it because its a risky technique. When she told me how she does it for complete safety, I was blown away. It was actually quite genius. She really goes above and beyond. I absolutely love her!!

My anxiety levels were at an all time high on the day of my first appointment, I felt pretty silly after. I saw Corina, she went over my treatment options and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, I will definitely be going back!

I have been going to Starry Glow for a Lear two years now for lip injections. They are always professional and do great work. I went to one of their events and actually won one of the raffles! Free Dysport for a year. Now Ill be sticking with that too once that expires.

This medspa is wonderful! I dont mind driving 25 minutes to come here. Everything about this place is great. The girl at the front desk has always been friendly and polite. I had an Erbium done by Dr. Bendokaitis the day after Christmas. I felt totally comfortable within 5 minutes after arriving. The Dr and the team that assists her were incredibly helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed during the prep, the Erbium, and after they were done. Each time I returned for follow-up, it was amazing. The results so far...truly exceptional. My face is still going through a bit of healing but I am amazed at how much better my skin looks!! Highly recommend Lazaderm and Dr Bendokaitis!!

This is the first time Ive done a treatment with an NMD I will never use a lazer tech again. I just cant express how patient and caring Dr B is. She is a REAL person and immediately feels like a new best friend. She listened to me several times about my concerns on my face. Day of treatment she would speak to me when she hit those areas in special ways with the Lazer. She asked if I wanted play by play because everyone is different. I said ALWAYS and dont be afraid to hurt me. But she always checked in to be sure I was comfortable. She cleaned my face every day for a week. And every time I went to get my face cleaned I was told .. this procedure also comes with this also. This is by far the best managed/best results oriented joint in town. Go there. I am into week two of an Erbium laser resurfacing performed by Dr. B at Lazaderm. Any woman deciding on a procedure for her face raises the anxiety level and doubt to another level. Dr B was so thorough, relaxed and reassuring in her description of the procedure, I had no doubt I wanted to proceed. I had everything I needed the day of the procedure at minimal cost thanks to Dr Bs suggestions. She was continuously concerned with my comfort as she completed the laser procedure to give me the best possible results. I was scheduled everyday that week to be sure I was healing probably. The friendly, considerate staff made sure my wants and needs were always met. Lazaderm is definitely the place you want to schedule a procedure!!

Thinking about getting your eye hallows filled? This is the clinic where you want to be a patient! I no longer look like the walking dead or like someone punched me in the eyes! This clinic is wonderful! The clinic is clean--VERY clean, Dr. Hanson and the staff are amazing, helpful and explained everything for the procedure. From the first day, I walked in, I felt comfortable. Dr. Hanson took his time with me to explain not only the procedure to me but why my condition was happening and how it could possibly progress. He then explained the benefits of the procedure. He took the time to listen to my concerns and fears about the eye hallow filler. He made sure that my glasses would not interfere with the results and explained every step of the procedure when he did it. My results have far exceeded what I thought they would and I wish I would have gone last year when Dr. B told me to come see her. Did it hurt? NOT AT ALL! - just a little pressure and boy was I a nervous nelly! Michelle held conversation with me (as well as my hand - LOL) to help distract me. I am absolutely thrilled with the results!
