Lornell Hansen II, M.D.: Owner / LazaDerm Medical Director

Lornell Hansen II, M.D., is our Medical Director and the owner of LazaDerm Skincare Centre. Dr. Hansen is a graduate of the University of South Dakota, is Board Certified in Family Medicine, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice. His passion, however, led him to the field of advanced skincare. As a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, Dr. Hansen is one of the area's leading experts on laser technology. His continuous research and training in laser and cosmetic surgery ensures clients are being treated by the best in the industry.

 

Nicole Muilenburg: Registered Nurse

Nicole Muilenburg graduated from Augustana College of Sioux Falls with a BA in Nursing. She is a certified laser technician and is a vital member of the LazaDerm team providing excellent care while ensuring the comfort and confidentiality of each client. Nicole provides crucial education to clients in all areas of skincare protection, repair, and ongoing prevention. Nicole assists Dr. Hansen in many procedures at LazaDerm Skincare Centre and also provides services such as laser hair removal and IPL. Nicole has extensive knowledge of all of our procedures, and will help to answer client questions and provide follow-up.

  

Rochelle Kuper: Medical Assistant

Rochelle Kuper graduated from Colorado Technical University in 2006 earning her Medical Assistant degree. She is currently licensed as a medical assistant in South Dakota. Rochelle will assist Dr. Hansen in many procedures  as well as follow up on labs and pathology reports. She will help you to understand all care needed before a procedure and after a procedure. Rochelle will also be able to help answer questions about your procedures. She is well versed in all of the current technology available at LazaDerm SkinCare Centre. She has a contagious smile to go along with her knowledge and training. Rochelle will also be able to schedule any return visit needed. 

 

Katie Magnison: Licensed Aesthetician and Skincare Therapist

Katie Magnison is a Licensed Aesthetician and board certified in the state of South Dakota. Katie has received professional training in medical microdermabrasion, extractions, facials, chemical peels, extended waxing, lash tinting, brow tinting, and Jane Iredale cosmetics. She graduated in August of 2006 from Academy of Aesthetic Arts, Shawnee, KS, with 750 hours. Katie also attended the Texas Institute of Permanent Cosmetics where she completed 100 hours of permanent eyeliner, brow, and lip procedure training. She has completed training at the Huntington Academy of Permanent Cosmetics, learning permanent areola pigmentation for clients who have undergone mastectomy. Katie's knowledge of proper color selection using tri-dimensional and color washes, and proper shaping techniques will ensure clients will achieve a beautiful and natural-looking breast. Katie's friendly smile and professionalism will set you at ease the moment you enter her facial room. Prepare to be pampered as Katie helps you rejuvenate and revitalize tired skin.
